What a great recipe for shrimp!  Very easy but a step up from what I usually do.  I love your blog Caitlin!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Last night was chopped up leftover grilled chicken, red quinoa (thank you CD!), lots of roasted vegys (asparagus, carrots, onions, and broccoli) all thrown together with a red-pepper-hummus-diluted-with-lemon salad dressing.  Garnished with herb feta and pita chips...kind of just made up.]]></description>
