Letters – where have they gone? I don’t get many, and I’m sure it has something to do with not sending many either. Along with seeing people in person, letters and notes are a great way to get together. They bring a sense of personality that does not come across in an email or text. Handwritten, personal – wonderful!
With phones and email definitely an everyday part of life, lets face it, “snail mail” has almost gone by the wayside. But handwritten notes shouldn’t – they are great & old fashioned & your own little party in the mailbox.
One way notes and letters become easier & more fun is to have great stationary on hand. When it looks good – you want to use it! My take – get an embosser and that way any card becomes personalized. I keep these great little note cards in all colors, and then just emboss them. My notes fit my mood – and keep me coming back. Or make cards from photos – or send a picture instead of a kodakgallery link… Send a card to a friend – or your grandma, who will REALLY love it – and enjoy… It will make your day better in ways you can’t imagine!
Just don’t forget the forever stamps!
